Private sessions are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mobility in a way that is safe, sustainable, and responsive to your unique body. With direct feedback and hands-on guidance, you are supported in understanding alignment, improving movement patterns, and cultivating greater ease and confidence in your practice.

Sessions are available in person or virtually via Zoom. Both formats can be recorded upon request, allowing you to revisit the material, reinforce techniques, and continue practicing with clarity and support between sessions—helping you integrate your progress and get the most from your experience.
