Let’s Breathe Together! Join Clair for an all levels Pranayama introductory class. Clair will introduce you to some of the benefits and motivations for practicing pranayama as well as three individual techniques or practices. This class is part one of a three-part workshop.
When practicing be sure to listen to your bodies needs and limitations. If you begin to feel lightheaded or start having labored breathing or hyperventilating please stop practicing immediately. Take a break until your breath and balance are recovered. Once you feel calm, you can re-introduce the practice in a nice slow, gentle manner that is appropriate for you in the moment.
