Each yoga class is designed to allow each individual to participate in the way that best serves them in each unique moment. Clairityoga works with a variety of movement styles inspired by yoga, dance and nature.

Ayurveda Practices

In addition to movement practices Clair also incorporates a variety of Ayurvedic healing modalities from nourishing foods and spices to physical self-care practices like abhyanga; or self massage.

Immersions and Retreats

Clair offers a variety of nature, immersions and experiential retreats. These deeper immersions create a unique environment for you to dive deeper into the practices and be relieved of your daily life in order to focus on connecting with yourself, nature and other participants.

About Clair

Clair is a yoga, dance, nature and movement enthusiast and educator based in Southern Oregon. She is known for her unique fusions of her passions that weave ecological literacy and playful exploration into her practices and classes. Her approach reflects a passion and curiosity for nature and cultivating mindfulness in everything. She designs her classes and workshops to be adaptable, empowering practitioners to tailor their experience to their individual needs and intentions. This approach creates spaciousness and flexibility for personal exploration and development. All offerings are created with the intention of supporting people in feeling calmer, stronger; connected and present in the moment.
